Class Descriptions

Acro

Acro Level 1 and 2/3

Acro class integrates balance, flexibility, partnering, and tumbling skills to create a dynamic training experience. Students learn to balance on hands and feet, enhance flexibility through stretches, collaborate in partnered movements, and practice acrobatic tumbling like flips and rolls. These classes emphasize safety, technique, and progression, fostering confidence, fitness, and artistic expression through synchronized acrobatics.

It is essential for all students to wear tight-fitting clothing. This ensures visibility of body lines, promoting correct alignment and muscle engagement. Please avoid loose tanks or tees that may ride up over the head, obstructing views or exposing private areas. Similarly, loose-fitted shorts around the legs should be avoided to ensure everything remains enclosed and covered appropriately. Students should wear a leotard or fitted top, fitted shorts or leggings, and have bare feet.
